Your entire robot fleet on one screen
FTM Monitor is our own application for supervising internal transport. It shows where the robots are, what they are doing and when they need attention.

Production plans from SAP become robot tasks
FTM Monitor connects to the systems already running in your plant: ERP (e.g. SAP), MES and WMS. It pulls production plans and orders from them, adjusts its settings to match and creates robot tasks on its own, in line with the plan and the current demand at the workstations.
- 01
Plan from SAP or ERP
Orders and production plans reach FTM Monitor directly from SAP or another ERP via an API, and where there is no integration yet, from an Excel or CSV file.
- 02
Settings that follow the plan
The system sets which lines and workstations are running, which components and how many of them should be delivered there, and where finished goods should be put.
- 03
Robot tasks
Transport jobs for LMR and FMR robots are created automatically. Priorities come from the plan, calls from the lines and location status, and a change of plan reorders the queue straight away.
Connects with:
- SAP
- ERP
- MES
- WMS
- RCS HIKROBOT
- Excel / CSV
The whole plant on one map
Robots, manned forklifts and workers with UWB tags on a plan of the entire hall, with safety zones and live events.
What you see in FTM Monitor
Live hall map
Robot positions, routes and stations on the plant layout. One glance is enough to assess the situation.
Tasks and order queue
A list of transport tasks with their status: waiting, in progress and completed.
Battery and charging status
The charge level of each robot and which units are on the chargers.
Alarms and notifications
Stops, obstacles on the route and errors reach the operator immediately, with information on which robot is affected.
Reports and history
Trip and event history lets you analyse fleet utilisation and process bottlenecks.
Data from the UWB system
Positions of forklifts and workers with UWB tags on the same map as the robots.
One application, different needs
- Operator and shift supervisor
- Sees the current situation in the hall and responds to alarms before they stop the process.
- Maintenance
- Monitors the technical condition of the robots, the batteries and the error history.
- Logistics manager
- Analyses fleet performance and plans its expansion based on data.

At the workstation: a tablet instead of paper
Operators see only what they need at that moment: what to pick, how many and where to put it, or when to order the next parts delivery.
